I recently started to think more about the process of manifestation. Manifestation means to create or the materialisation of something. I noticed that some things manifested very easily and quickly in my life whereas other things took a lot longer or didn’t manifest at all. I wondered why?
I noticed that the less I worried about the outcome of what I was asking for - the quicker it would appear. Or in other words I would manifest something faster if I had less resistance to my desire. Resistance is your fear and doubt about how your dreams will manifest. We all have resistance or Ego. It will try and distract us and it will tell you that what you’re asking for is impossible and out of your reach. There are a few processes that can help you let go of resistance. The first one I’d like to talk about is raising your vibration through Meditation. There are many ways to raise your vibration, by walking in nature, cuddling your pet, watching a funny movie, taking your dog for a walk, listening to music you love and many more. These can all help to release resistance. An effective meditation would be one that distracts you from any physical awareness that causes resistance within your being. It’s like withdrawing your consciousness while you are awake. Here is a process I have learned that is very effective in helping to manifest. Find ten to fifteen minutes per day, not much more than that, and sit quietly by yourself in a nice relaxing place. The place you choose should feel relaxing and one you feel comfortable in with no distractions. Be aware of your breathing and concentrate on taking slow, deep breaths in and out. The intention here is to calm the mind and to be consciously aware of your breathing and nothing more. Letting go of the constant chattering in your mind, letting go of wondering what to make for dinner, letting go of wondering how someone is doing. Not focusing on anything in that moment except the breath in and out. This is called ‘a state of allowing’ where for just a few moments you stop trying to make things happen. This is you saying to your inner being - ‘Here I am, in a state of allowing’. Doing this meditation for ten to fifteen minutes per day will really help to change your life. Some of the benefits include feeling more energised, more focused and more calmer. The biggest benefit from this is that you will notice things you have been asking for starting to show up in your life. Why is this? From just fifteen minutes of just being you - you have stopped resisting, which holds it away. The meditation is helping you to allow your dreams to flow into your life. It’s like you are standing behind a door and everything you have ever wanted is behind the door waiting for you to open it. Let go of your resistance and see the door fly open and see your dreams becoming a reality. Ask for angelic assistance along the way. Good luck and let me know how it goes. I would love to hear.
