Angel Message - September 2020
The angels are saying - ‘There’s nothing to worry about’
The angels see a lot of people worrying endlessly and over very minor details. The angels say that worry is a form of prayer that draws to you that which you do not desire.
‘You are safe and this situation is under divine and universal order. Ensure that your thoughts and emotions related to your concerns stay positive. If you drop into negativity ask us angels to help lift you up.
There is light at the end of the tunnel and we will help you focus your thoughts to a higher level.
Take a deep breath, inhale through your nose and hold it for a few seconds then exhale out your mouth. Repeat this until you feel more relaxed’.
The angels also say that everything is much better than you realise. Even if the outer world seems chaotic the angels want you to know that they are with you and everything will be okay.
The angels are also coming through to say it’s like a lot of people have been feeling off kilter. They are feeling ungrounded and drained, this is especially for the sensitive souls amongst us.
If you are empathic and sensitive you can take on other people’s emotions and you can also pick up the fears and emotions of the collective.
The angels say - ‘Have confidence’ -
‘Lean upon us if your confidence wavers and we will buoy your courage and faith.
You can do it. Trust that you have all the ingredients it takes to complete the mission before you. You may not completely understand how you’ll fulfil this task, have faith that you will continually be guided’.
The angels say that the more you depersonalise this mission and make it less about you and more about how much will it help others.
Let go of ‘Who me?’ You are utterly worthy and you deserve to be happy. The angels surround you with their love and guidance every step of the way.
The angels also say to stay in the moment and focus on one step at a time.
Angelic guidance to help with worry and to help increase your confidence - ‘Ground yourself’
When you detach from the awareness of your body and physical world you become ungrounded.
If you’ve been feeling spacey, confused or forgetful these are signs that you are ungrounded. It might feel like you are not in your body.
A balance is needed between a focus on spirit and a focus on earth. Grounding activities can be walking barefoot, eating foods from the ground like potatoes, carrots, by rubbing your bare feet, by touching a tree or plant or by visualising roots going from the bottom of your feet into the earth.
Grounding will help you focus better and it will help increase your confidence.
